Cancellations before midnight CST on March 6, 2025, will garner a full refund minus any Stripe fees.
There will be NO REFUNDS after midnight, March 6, 2025.
Beginning March 7, 2025, a $25 fee will be assessed for any SV drops and a $10 fee will be assessed for any JV drops.
Drops create a domino effect of extra work for staff because they affect room allocation, judging needs, awards orders, and the awards ceremony.
Student Registration Fees must be paid in full by midnight CST, February 14, 2025, or a $25 fee will be assessed.
