Tournaments require many hours of preparation and execution, and the load is made lighter when shared.
ARCH St. Charles and ARCH St. Louis are collectively doing the "lion's share" of hosting Arch Madness on Feb. 5-7th in St. Louis. However, all residing STL area families, whether you belong to a local club or are independant, are required to work with us to host this tournament. Each STL area family has the following responsibilities:
- Fulfill your judging responsibilities (as per sign up on StoaHub). It is unacceptable to drop your student off at the tournament for any length of time.
- Sign up on this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0F49AAAA28A0F9C43-61431477-arch for service areas, besides judging. Please sign up for enough slots to contribute 5hrs of your time. (But realize that your judging responsibility comes first, Ballot Push may pull you from your service slot at any time).
- Recruit Community Judges. Tournaments cannot happen without community judges. As you recruit judges, please ask your recruits to enter your family name in the "recruited by" area. If your name is listed, we will keep track of this and award cash prizes for judge recruitment at the award ceremony.
Thank you in advance for your willingness to serve!
