Information for Students and Families

Registration:

Registration Opens: Monday, Nov 4 at 12:00 pm CT

Registration Closes: Monday, Nov 11 @ 12:00pm CT

Payment:

• Payment must be made during the registration process. Registration payments will not be accepted at the tournament. Registration will not be complete until all fees have been paid.

• Cancellations prior to tournament registration close will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. There will be NO REFUNDS after registration closes. Thank you for your understanding.

• Dropping Events: You may drop any registered events by logging in to your registration up until Nov 18, 2024, with no penalty. Drops between Nov 19 and the tournament end will incur a Drop Fee of $25 per event. 

• Late Payment: Payment is due upon registration. Payments made after Nov 22, 2024, will incur a late fee of $25. 

Competitor Tournament Fees:

$10 Registration fee per family

$40 per debate event

$25 first speech event

$15 each additional speech event

Juniors: Flat fee of $20 

Late Payment Fee (after Nov 22): $25

Drop Fee (Nov 19 through end of tournament): $25
