Students will have 3 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to speak.
Students will be able to look at three topics from the slips on the table and then choose one topic to speak on during their 3 minutes of prep.
Students may only speak once per event per round.
Students will be expected to speak three times; once in each round, throughout the course of the tournament.
