The first 2 tournament rounds for debate will be randomly paired. Teams will be power-matched for each subsequent preliminary round. Any byes will be randomly assigned and do not reflect ranking or previous performance.
Awards will be issued based on final standing, including speaker ranks, after all 6 rounds have been tallied.
