Waitlist: If you are placed on a waitlist, please go ahead and register. We will be adjusting the waitlists and accomodating as many competitors as possible as registrations come in.
Registration Opens: Monday, March 9th at 9:00am CT
Registration Closes: Monday, March 23rd at 11:59pm CT
Drops Only Closes: Friday, March 27th at 11:59pm CT
Script Submission Opens: Thursday, March 26th at 12:00am CT
Script Submission Due: Tuesday, April 7th at 5:00pm CT
Schedule: Due to some facility limitations that we need to work around, there are some unique scheduling arrangements. We will have 4 Parli prelim rounds, semifinals, and finals. Speech will have two prelims of each pattern, finals, and a third round where appropirate. TP/LD will have 6 prelims and finals. This was intentionally structured so as to 1) keep the whole tournament at one location, 2) allow as much competition time and space as possible, and 3) keep rounds efficient and on-time, while adjusting to William Jewel's class schedules.
Attendance: All students must have a parent in attendance at the tournament unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly communicated and approved by the tournament director.
