Competitors can register for UP TO 3 events in each pattern.
Each event must have 4 competitors.
If an event does not have 4 competitors we may cancel that event.
Each competitor must have their PARENT present at the tournament who judges every other round (i.e. at least three rounds a day).
Students will need to have their PARENT physically with them at check in and the parent must remain at the tournament to judge every other round.
If a child shows up to the tournament without their PARENT, and there has been no conversation beforehand with the tournament director, they will be dropped from that day.
There will be a judge orientation 45 minutes before each speech round.
It is important to attend the orientation if this is your first tournament of the season.
We kindly request YOUR HELP to ensure the tournament keeps running by checking in 45 minutes prior to each round at the ballot push table.
