Please see the Parent Page for parent requirements. Remember this is not a drop off event. You are expected to remain at the event with your student. If you are unable to do so, you need to arrange for another adult over the age of 20 to stay with them.}

Competitor Tournament Fees:

$40 per SV Competitor per Debate Event

$25 1st SV Speech Event

$15 each additional SV Speech Event

JR/JV Competitors: $10 for 1st Event 

$7 for each additional JR/JV Event

Drop Fee (Jan. 27^th through end of tournament): $25

Late Payment Fee (after Jan. 27^{th _{begining at 7:30}} p.m.CST): $25

Payment Details:

• Payment must be made during the registration process. Registration payments will not be accepted at the tournament. Registration will not be complete until all fees have been paid.
• Cancellations prior to tournament registration close will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. There will be NO REFUNDS after registration closes. Thank you for your understanding.
• Dropping Events: You may drop any registered events by logging in to your registration to drop events until Jan. 27^th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. CST with no penalty. Drops between Jan. 27^th  at 7:00 p.m. and the tournament end will incur a Drop Fee of $25 per event. 
• Late Payment: Payment is due upon registration. Payments made after Jan. 27^th, at 7:30 p.m. will incur a late fee of $25. 

• PLEASE NOTE: Speech Patterns depend on the number of students registered per event & are therefore subject to change. As a result, Patterns will be completely finalized after registration closes. Please check back for final plan after registration closes.
• Also, we have again modified our original tournament schedule revising it on Saturday, Jan. 17 ^th at noon. The new schedule is posted. This modification tightens our Thursday morning Parli schedule, gaining our use of 3 additional rooms which are reserved for another group & unavailable to us following Parli Rd. 5. The 3 additional rooms opens space for 6 more Parli teams. So, with this schedule change, it is absoutely essential for Parli teams to arrive for Check-in at 7:00 a.m. Even with an early Check-in & tight scheulde, we thought this worthwhile. Additional modifications to the tournament schedule may still take place, so check back as the schedule will be finalized by January 29^th.
