Registration
Opens: Monday, February 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET
Closes: Sunday, March 15, 2026 at midnight ET

Parliamentary Debate
Six preliminary rounds and a final showcase round

Speech
All speech events are offered, but we may cancel an event if the minimum number of competitors is not met. Please note that schedule and speech patterns are not final. We will adjust after all registrations have been completed.

Fees and Refund Policy
$40 for parli
$15 for each speech event
$20 late-registration fee, no refund after registration deadline, $15 penalty for each event dropped after April 1

Registration is not final until payment is completed. We accept payment via Venmo and Zelle.

Stoa Membership
This is a Stoa qualifying tournament and Green Checks will be awarded per Stoa National Invitational Tournament of Champions (NITOC) rules. Stoa membership is required to participate. 

Judging
We will provide judge orientations throughout the day. Parents must judge 3 rounds a day. To make sure our tournament can run on time, please recruit friends and family members to be community judges.
