We are so pleased you are interested in judging our students at The Shamrock Showdown 2025 Speech and Debate Tournament! Community and alumni judges are a vital part of our speech and debate tournaments!

If you already have a StoaHub judge account, your registration will be added to your account when you're finished.

If you are new to the StoaHub tournament registration process, a StoaHub account will be created for you and you will receive an automated email upon completion of your registration that will give you a temporary password for your new StoaHub account. Your StoaHub account will store your name, email, and phone number. This will make it easy for you to sign up to judge at any future tournament. All you need to do is log into StoaHub, choose the tournament you want to judge, choose the times, and that's all!

Follow the signs to judge check-in.

Please arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled start time of each round you plan to judge. Below is the maximum time needed per round, which includes early arrival for Judge Orientation, judging the round, and completing ballots. 

• Parliamentary Debate Round: 2.5 hours

• Team Policy or Lincoln Douglas Debate Round: 3 hours    

• Speech Round: 3 hours

Coffee, tea, and meals will be available to thank you for your time.
