THINGS to remember -
- Parent must create their family profile in STOAHUB and add their students.
- Request membership to an official Stoa club.
- If club does not exist in StoaHub, the club director needs to create it.
- Must complete and pay for Stoa annual registration.
Once a student has joined a club, and paid for registration, they are eligible to register for tournaments.
MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO REGISTRATION

- Tournament Status will update to Drops only at 3:00 pm Mon 11/04/2024 (Pacific)
- Tournament Status will update to Closed at 3:00 pm Mon 11/04/2024 (Pacific)
- Community Judge registration will close at 10:00 pm Sat 12/07/2024 (Pacific)
What the statuses mean
- Setup
- The tournament is still being set up.
- Open
- Registration is open — families can register for the tournament.
- Drops Only
- No new entries are allowed, but families can drop existing ones.
- Closed
- Registration is closed — no adds or drops. Contact the tournament director with questions.
- Completed
- The tournament is finished.
