Tournament Timetable

Community Judge registration will open at 10:00 am Fri 11/01/2024 (Central)

Tournament Status will update to Open at 12:45 pm Tue 11/26/2024 (Central)

Tournament Status will update to Closed at 12:00 pm Fri 11/29/2024 (Central)

Meal registration will close at 10:00 am Thu 12/05/2024 (Central)

Community Judge registration will close at 7:00 am Sat 12/14/2024 (Central)

Setup:

This status is used while the tournament is still being setup.
Open:

This status means tournament registration is open. Families can register for the tournament.
Drops Only:

This status means only registration drops are allowed. There are no new entries allowed but families can drop entries.
Closed:

This status means registration is currently closed for the tournament. There are no adds or drops allowed. Please contact the tournament director with any questions.
Completed:

This status means the tournament is completed.

Dress code

Please note:

We will be using the Stoa dress code standards for modesty; however, in the spirit of the season, we strongly encourage all students to wear Christmas-themed attire.

This includes ties, socks, pins, ugly Christmas sweaters, Santa suits and even reindeer antlers and elf hats. Suit jackets will not be required if the student chooses to wear a modest Christmas sweater.

There will be a student-chosen award for the most festive attire, so dress your most Christmas-y!

Nonprofit fundraiser

This tournament is being run as a fundraiser for two Nashville-area nonprofts, Healing Hands International and the Tennessee Prison Outreach Ministry. These nonprofits were selected by the students of Ambassadors for Christ. All profit from the tournament will be given to them as a donation.
