Event Fees and Drops Details

Please read carefully, as your registration for the Texas Escalade 2027 signifies your acknowledgement and agreement to the terms listed below.

Registration Opens: February 1, 9:00a

Event Fees

Family Registration Fee: $30
Speech Event Fees: $30 first event, $15 each additional. Up to 4 per pattern*. 
Debate Event Fees: $45 per student
Junior Debate Fee: $15 per student
Parent Judge Rounds Required: 3 per day

* Patterns are listed on the Schedule tab and within Family Registration.

Event Drops/Fees

  • You may drop events from your account throughout open registration and until February 21. No drop fee. No approval necessary. Any payments will be refunded during open registration only.

  • You may drop events February 21-28 from your account for a $25 fee. No approval necessary.

  • Should you need to drop an event after February 28, you must contact tournament staff. A drop fee of $30 will apply.

Meal Selection Deadline:  March 7

All Tournament fees paid by March 7

Any unpaid family registration after March 7 will be dropped.
