Resolved: The United States Federal Government should substantially reform its policy on healthcare.

3mins - prep time. Each side gets 3mins of prep total.
Instructions and Rules
- This will be a 1 vs 1 - LD style event
- We use the same resolution as Team Policy
- Speech times will be based on Lincoln Douglas times, except for the 1AC which will be 8min and 1NC which will be 8mins.
- Other than speech times, the rules will be the same as those for TP.
- This is a non-sanctioned Stoa event, but it will count for our tournament champion event.
- This event will have four rounds and will run concurrently with Parli on Thursday, November 21st. The champion will be announced on Friday night at the awards ceremony.
- Ballots will be the same as TP, but with X through the partner's name.
