Registration closes December 18, 2024 at 5PM PST
Registration is considered complete when:
- Both competitors are registered (TP)
- Parent judge registration is completed
- Payment is received by Stripe
Competitor Eligibility: Any student who meets the requirements set forth in the Stoa Eligibility Rules may participate. We will be following the https://www.stoausa.org/about-nitoc
Please ensure that your Stoa membership is complete before attempting to register for this tournament. Stoa membership is not available on this site. Please go to https://stoahub.org/ for information on becoming a member of Stoa.
Refund Policy: NO REFUND AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES.
All refund requests must be submitted to tournament registrar at tof2televate@gmail.com.

- Setup
- The tournament is still being set up.
- Open
- Registration is open — families can register for the tournament.
- Drops Only
- No new entries are allowed, but families can drop existing ones.
- Closed
- Registration is closed — no adds or drops. Contact the tournament director with questions.
- Completed
- The tournament is finished.
