Registration opens February 6 at 8am PST
Registration closes February 16 at 5pm PST 

This is an official Stoa qualifying tournament hosted by Elevate Speech and Debate Club.

Registration Fee: No refunds after registration close on February 16 at 5pm PST

Fees:

$40 for the first event -- $10 for additional events

Junior Speech - $15 -- $10 for additional events

Full payment expected by close of registration

Drop fee - $20 each event after February 18 

Complete Registration includes the following:

Student registration -- Parent Judge Registration -- Fees Paid

Refund Policy

Before close of registration - no extra fees incurred, all drops fully refunded minus Stripe fees.

After close of registration - no refunds, drops will incur $20 fee per event

Script Submission -

Online script submission will be required for this tournament. Please see Script Submission page for details. Late scripts will result in fees: please submit on time, to allow our script submission team time to review your scripts!

General Information - 

  • Judge Orientation will take place an hour before each round
  • Meals can be pre-ordered. There are several fast food locations in the area but plan accordingly in order to meet judging requirements.
  • Parent Attendance - *This is not a drop-off event for any student.* You are expected to remain at the event with your student. If you are unable to do so, you need to arrange for another adult to stay with them. All parents/guardians need to be on-deck to judge a minimum of 2 rounds for each event that your student will compete. It is our hope and prayer that you will not judge every round. This should be possible with parent attendance.

Judges, including Juniors - 

  • Parent Judges - All parents/guardians need to be on-deck to judge a minimum of 2 rounds for each event that your student will compete. 
  • Community Judges and Stoa Alums are always welcome! Refreshments provided :)
  • Junior - Competitors who are 16 yrs old and 1-2 years Stoa member will be judges!
