Parent Judges
PARENT JUDGING RESPONSIBILITY
Each competitor is required to provide a judge for a minimum of 2 rounds per event your student will compete.
You will be expected to judge at the time slot you checked upon registration.
If you have a Stoa alumni in town please bring them. We will do our best to reach out to local community judges and alumni parents.
It is important to attend the orientation if this is your first tournament of the season.
We kindly request YOUR HELP to ensure the tournament keeps running by checking in 45 minutes prior to each round at the ballot push table.

- Tournament Status will update to Open at 9:00 pm Tue 02/17/2026 (Pacific)
- Script submission will close at 11:59 pm Fri 02/27/2026 (Pacific)
- Script submission will open at 3:45 pm Sat 02/28/2026 (Pacific)
- Meal registration will close at 5:00 pm Sun 03/08/2026 (Pacific)
- Community Judge registration will close at 11:59 pm Thu 03/12/2026 (Pacific)
What the statuses mean
- Setup
- The tournament is still being set up.
- Open
- Registration is open — families can register for the tournament.
- Drops Only
- No new entries are allowed, but families can drop existing ones.
- Closed
- Registration is closed — no adds or drops. Contact the tournament director with questions.
- Completed
- The tournament is finished.
