Parliamentary Debate
We will be striking for all Parli Rounds
This will be the Protocol:
- Students gather in the General Meeting Room HERE
- The Parli Proctor will read the 3 resolution options
- The Proctor will screen-share the 3 resolutions immediately after reading them
- Gov will strike first and will have 1 min
- Opp will strike second and will have 30 seconds
- The Gov side for each room will type the resolution # that was chosen in the Zoom chat, along with the room number where the round will take place
- The Parli Proctor will announce the Speak Time for that round
- Students will be in their Zoom room and ready to debate at the designated Speak Time
