There will be a maximum of 3 speech events per pattern for each student.
Each event must have at least four competitors. If an event does not have four competitors, we may cancel that event.
We will be following the protocol set forth by Stoa for NITOC by having visible timepieces in all rooms. With the ability to see the timepiece when speaking, the competitor will receive a 1 rank penalty if their speech is over time by 15 seconds or more (per Stoa rules).
