Important: Competitors must be Stoa members to compete with us. Also, each competitor is responsible for getting their judging requirements covered. We will do our best to recruit community judges to relieve some of the burden on parents, but, as we all know, these tournaments can not happen without parents.
Meals: Students will have the option to purchase lunch and supper during the registration process. The other option is to pack your food and bring it with you. There will not be time to leave for food once the tournament begins. Also, please bring your own water bottle. You will be able to refill it at the tournament, but we will not offer individual bottled drinks.
Waitlist: If your event fills up, please go ahead and register. We will do our best to get as many students into the tournament as possible. Do not pay for meals until you are moved off the waiting list.
