Tabulation:
The Stoa Hub software will be used for tabulating results. All tabulation will follow the Stoa Tabulation Manual procedures and guidelines.
There will be NO power matching. It's a one day tournament and our goal is to stay on schedule so families can get on the road at a reasonable hour.
If there is an odd number of competitors, then the bye will be randomly assigned with no team receiving a bye twice.
