Dropped Event Policy

If you must drop an event, please do so before the close of tournament registration on October 29th. There will be NO REFUNDS for dropped events. Once the tournament registration closes on the October 29th, a $10 fee will be assessed for each dropped event. Drops create a domino effect of extra work for staff because they affect awards orders, room allocation, judging needs, meal plans & preparation, & the awards ceremony.
