Judges & Volunteers

Thank you for assisting with the Hub City Huddle! We cannot do this without you!

Volunteers, immediately after New Year's, look for an email confirming your participation and sharing additional details. We appreciate your willingness to help with set-up, clean up, monitoring hallways, and running across campus, etc.

If you are judging, please plan to check in at the Judges’ Table at least 30 minutes before your first scheduled round.

We will have drawings for prizes for all who volunteer! Every shift you serve, whether you judge or help with set-up,  you will receive an entry in a drawing. The more you judge and/or serve, the more chances you will have to win prizes.

Each family registered for the Hub City Huddle is required to have a parent judging for them, once each round (There are three rounds of competition, so a parent can expect to judge 3 times), or help in another significant area like TAB, Ballot PUSH/COLLECT, etc (reach out to HubCityHuddle@gmail.com if you would like to help in one of these areas). Students will need to have their judge physically with them at check-in and for the duration of the tournament. Those judging will receive snacks and meals. Thank you for your help!
