Script Submission

All competitors with prepared speeches must complete the script submission process.

Important Dates:

• Script Submission Opens – December 1, 2025, at 9 am**
  **Please note that you are NOT able to submit scripts at registration. Stoa is making some internal changes to script submission, and in order to incorporate those updates, we need to wait until December 1^st to submit scripts. Thank you for your understanding!
• Early Script Submission Deadline: December 10th, 2025, at 9:00 pm CST
• Script Submission: December 17th, 2025, at 9:00 pm CST
• Correction Deadline: December 20th, 2025, at 9:00 pm CST

      Students must submit all scripts by 9 pm on December 17th to avoid being dropped from an event and charged drop fees. You will receive a confirmation email once your script has been received and approved. 

Prize Drawing?  
Want to be included in a prize drawing? All students who submit scripts by the early submission deadline will be included!

Before Submission 

• Scripts and script submission forms must be combined into a single pdf file and named correctly:       Last Name, First Name - Event.pdf.
• Download and use a PDF phone scanner app  (recommended method) to merge files into one. We recommend: PDFsam (Free download to your computer) and PDFmerge (Merging via a website)
