Cancellations prior to midnight CST January 23rd, 2025, will garner a full refund minus any Stripe fees.
There will be NO REFUNDS after midnight, January 23rd. Beginning January 24th, 2025 a $25 fee will be assessed for any SV drops and a $10 fee will be assessed for any JV drops. Drops create a domino effect of extra work for staff because they affect room allocation, judging needs, awards orders, and the awards ceremony.
Also, if Student Registration Fees are not paid in full by midnight CST, January 27th, a $25 fee will be assessed.
