3. PREPARE YOUR SCRIPT SUBMISSION FORM with your parent or coach.
4. COMBINE each speech package into A SINGLE FILE in PDF format. Scan into a single file or use a file joiner such as:

5. NAME YOUR FILES
Like this: LastName, FirstName - Event.pdf
Example: Lewis, Clive- DI.pdf
6. UPLOAD your completed script submission materials to this Jotform upload link. (Link no longer live because Script Submission is closed.)
Incomplete Submissions:
When a script is returned as incomplete or unapproved, it will be returned with suggestions for correction and will require a resubmission within 48 hours. A resubmitted script will be treated as a new submission.

- Tournament Status will update to Open at 8:00 am Thu 01/02/2025 (Pacific)
- Tournament Status will update to Closed at 9:00 pm Wed 01/08/2025 (Pacific)
- Late fee will be applied at 9:00 am Tue 01/14/2025 (Pacific)
- Meal registration will close at 12:01 am Tue 01/21/2025 (Pacific)
What the statuses mean
- Setup
- The tournament is still being set up.
- Open
- Registration is open — families can register for the tournament.
- Drops Only
- No new entries are allowed, but families can drop existing ones.
- Closed
- Registration is closed — no adds or drops. Contact the tournament director with questions.
- Completed
- The tournament is finished.
