Cancellations before midnight CST on February 14, 2026, will garner a full refund minus any Stripe fees.
Between February 15 and March 6, all drops will incur a fee of $15.00 per event.
Drops create a domino effect of extra work for staff because they affect room allocation, judging need, award orders, and the ceremony.
There will be NO REFUNDS after midnight, March 7, 2026.
Student Registration Fees must be paid in full by midnight CST, February 14, 2026, or a $25 fee will be assessed.
