SCRIPT SUBMISSION
All scripts for the Beacon Bay Tournament must be submitted electronically through StoaHub account.
E-Script Submission OPENS: February 1, 2026, 0:900 AM PST
E-Script Submissions CLOSES: February 8, 2026, 11:59 PM PST
LATE SCRIPTS: A script submitted after Sunday, February 8th deadline may be considered for review if there are extenuating circumstances and there has been communication with the script submission team. If reviewed and accepted, a $15 late fee will apply.
You will receive a confirmation email once your script has been received and approved. Please check StoaHub after submitting your script to see if revisions are necessary after submitting, if you do not receive an approval email.
We will accept prior approval from your last tournament if there were no changes made to your script. You will just need to submit both your script plus the prior approval email from your last tournament in one file.
How to Submit Scripts Electronically
- You will need to follow rules and script submission guidelines for your speech event(s), which can be found here
- Watch tutorial video for script submission
- All scripts must be submitted online via StoaHub. Each script must be submitted individually - one script per form
- Combine each speech into a single PDF file
- Name the file correctly: Last Name, First Name-event.pdf
- Submit scripts Below (in the Upload Scripts section) beginning February 1, 2026 @ 0:900 AM PST.
