SoCal Sweetheart Classic Deadlines
Dec 15th, 8:00am PST -- Tournament Registration opens.
Dec 20th, 11:59pm PST -- Tournament Open Registraion closes.
Dec 21st - Feb 13th -- Late Registration, additional fees apply.
Dec 21st - Feb 7th -- Script Submission. Script Submission window closes firmly on Feb 9th at 11:59pm.
TBD - Meal registration.
SoCal Sweetheart Classic Entry Fees:
Debate event - $45
Speech event - $35
Late Registration Fee - a $20 late registration fee applies to all events submitted or altered after Dec 20th. Late fees increase to $30 after January 31st.
Balance Overdue Fee - a $25 balance-overdue fee will be applied to all accounts unpaid at close of registrations (Dec 20th, 11:59pm PST)
SoCal Sweetheart Classic Late Fees and Refunds:
Full refund: Dec 10-Dec 20
Full refunds will be issued for changes or drops in registration through Dec 20th,11:59pm PST.
$20 late fee: Dec 21st-Jan15th
Beginning December 21st, all changes to registration (to include late registrations, altered registrations, and dropped events*) will be assessed a $20 change fee.
$30 late fee: Jan 16th-Feb 14th
Beginning January 16th, all changes to registration (to include late registrations, altered registrations, and dropped events*) will be assessed a $30 late fee.
Fees must be paid prior to check-in in order to maintain competition eligibility. On-site drop fees will be paid at student check-in prior to tournament start.
*Dropped Events:
Registration changes of a dropped event may be made through the Family Registration tab (see: Competitor). An access code is not needed for event drops.
