Script Submission:
Script Submission will be open February 1st-9th through StoaHub, and will close firmly at 11:59pm on Feb 9th.
Please be aware that late scripts will not be accepted.
The SoCal Sweetheart Classic is not responsible for your scripts' compliance with event and league rules and regulations. All submitted scripts must include one parent signature and one additional club coach signature stating the script has been reviewed and is approved within Stoa guidelines for competition. For those in independent clubs, a parent coach may sign as both parent and coach to authorize each script approval.

Online Submission Only:
- All scripts must be submitted online via StoaHub. Each script must be uploaded individually—one script per form.

Required Documentation:
- Each script must be accompanied by a signed Script Submission Form, available for download via StoaHub.
- The form must include signatures from each of the following:
- The student submitting the script.
- A parent or legal guardian.
- An authorized leader or coach of the student's speech and debate club, other than the student's parent.*
- Incomplete or unsigned forms will result in disqualification from competition.
- Printed Copies for Competition:
- Students are required to bring a printed copy of their script to have available at each round of the tournament. Tournament officials may request to review the printed copy during a round if needed.

- Responsibilities:

- It is the responsibility of the student, parent, and club leader to ensure that the script complies with STOA rules and regulations.
