Parking & Entry
All tournament attendees must park on the west side of the church and enter through the west doors only.
Name Tags
Name tags are required for all tournament attendees.
Junior competitors may use a blank name tag on Thursday. Junior competition materials will be provided in the Children’s Gym on Friday.
Children’s Area & Playground
A Mother’s Day Out program will be in session Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Children’s area. Please be respectful during drop-off and pick-up. The Children’s Area, including the Children’s Gym, will be available for tournament use after Mother’s Day Out concludes.
The outdoor playground is not available while Mother’s Day Out is in session. After 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, the playground may be used with adult supervision.
Classrooms in Use
A small school will be holding classes on Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Four classrooms on the second floor will be in use during this time. Tournament attendees must remain quiet in the hallways near these classrooms.
Food & Drink Policy
Food is permitted only in the Judge Area, Judge Orientation Room, and Student Room. Food is not allowed in classrooms or the atrium. Drinks with lids are permitted throughout the church.
