Registration
Registration opens February 18th at 8am MST.
Registration closes February 24th at 11:59pm MST.
Registration & Event Fees
Family Registration Fee - $20
Team Policy - $40 per debater
Lincoln Douglas - $40 per debater
Parliamentary - $40 per debater
Speech - $40 for first 3 events - $15 for each additional event - limit of 6
Duo Impromptu - $15 (does not count towards 6 speech limit)
Payment & Late Fees
-Accounts not current (fully paid) 24 hours after registration close date & time incur a late fee of $30 and will be moved to the waitlist
-No Refunds after registration closes
-Partner Events are considered registered when BOTH PARTNERS are registered and fully paid
-Drop fee of $20 for each event dropped after registration closes
-Accounts not current (fully paid) by 10:00 PM MST on March 13th will be removed from the tournament
Script Submission
Script submission opens February 27th at 10am MST.
Script submission closes on March 6th at 8pm MST.
All scripts must be corrected, resolved and approved by March 12th at 8pm MST.
Upon registering you are affirming Stoa eligibility and agreeing to abide by NITOC Stoa Dress Code requirements and Stoa speech and debate rules. See the website for details:

Meals: Meals will be served on site by Mrs. Maggie Carabelos and her team. Details coming soon.
Chaperones
All competitors must be chaperoned by someone 21 years or older. If a parent will not be on site, the competitor must be chaperoned by someone 21 years or older who is registered as a judge. The chaperone must fulfill the competitor’s judging requirements. A signed medical release form must be provided for the chaperone.
Speech Breaks
CDC fills the semi-final and final speech rooms.
This is a NITOC Modeled Tournament
StoaUSA rules for Events, Eligibility, and Dress Code will be followed.
