Important Information for Check-In
Check-In/Arrival

Check-In is in the DeLay Gymnasium in the Penick Academic Complex. Enter through the south side of the building. There will be signs to help you find your way.

Do not plan to arrive early for Check-In. The building will remain locked until 2:00 p.m.

There are separate Parent and Student Check-In tables as well as separate areas for purchased apparel, tumblers, and meal tickets. If you have on-campus housing, you will also pick up your keys and instructions here.

Arriving after 5pm? Please email NITOC@stoausa.org with your approximate arrival time. The check-in crew will move to the Bowld Student Commons at 5pm. Pick up your keys at the Help Desk.

Registered judges may pick up their name badges during this time.
Competitor Tournament Fees:
Family Registration Fee: $50
TP/LD Debate: $75 per debater
Parli Debate: $75 per debater
Speech: $50 per event
