Script Submission Opens: April 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (PDT)
Script Submission Closes: May 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (PDT)
NITOC requires 100% electronic script submission through StoaHub.
Reminders
- Script Submission forms must be signed by both the parent and the coach. If you are competing independently, please designate so beside the coach's signature.
- If your script is sent back (after the first submission), the sender of the initial submission will be notified by email.
- If your script is sent back again (second submission), both the parent and coach will be notified by text.
- If the script is still not in compliance (third submission), the NITOC Script Director will contact the parent and coach by text and/or phone.
- Students will be allowed one additional submission by the Script Director’s deadline (the fourth submission). If the script is still not in compliance, the speech will be dropped from NITOC.
- All NITOC-approved scripts are subject to the Event Rules and can be adjudicated upon rule violation.
Submitting Through StoaHub
- Only family admins can submit scripts in StoaHub.
- Admin roles can be edited under My Family → Roles
- Under "Actions" below, click "Choose File" to upload your script
- Your script will be approved or returned with revision requests through the StoaHub chat
TO UPLOAD A CORRECTED SCRIPT, scroll to the very bottom of the script submission page and you will see an area that says “Script Revision Submissions”. This is where you upload your corrected script.
DURING CORRECTIONS, an email will be sent to the Parent account asking that you log in and review the message from the reviewer. Review the comments and make the required changes.
**DO NOT DELETE SCRIPTS DURING CORRECTIONS**. It is important that students not delete a script that is in the corrections process once the initial submission deadline has passed.
