Union has made its on-campus apartment-style housing available to rent for the week of NITOC. Housing Registration will open on April 1 at 12:00 p.m. CDT. Please be aware that there is NOT enough housing for all our families. We invite you to look for short-term rental options in the area or hotels. Union's website has a list of suggested hotels here.
Occupants Policy:
- Units may be rented to and occupied by a single family; all occupants must be legally
related. - Units may be rented to unrelated persons provided all adult and minor occupants
are of the same gender. Shared units must be established by the sharers. Union will not find roomates. - Under no circumstances may any unit be occupied by adults or minors of different
genders who are not legally related. - One payment must be made to reserve the room.
There is a 9.75% TN sales tax added to the housing prices and meal tickets.
