Hello!
We’re so glad you’ll be serving as a community judge at the inaugural Cross Timbers Classic! Community judges are the heart of every tournament, and we’re grateful you’ve chosen to help our students start the New Year strong.
Tournament Details
📅 Dates: January 7–9, 2027
📍 Location: Hope Presbyterian Church
900 Dewey Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74003
When You Arrive
Please check in at Judge Check-In, then follow the signs to the Judge Lounge.
Plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled round so you have time to check in, receive instructions, and settle in. Each judging round takes about 2–3 hours.
Hospitality
Complimentary meals, snacks, and refreshments will be waiting for you in our Judge Lounge. Thank you for giving your time to encourage these outstanding students!

- Script submission will open at 12:00 pm Mon 11/30/2026 (Central)
- Tournament Status will update to Drops only at 11:59 pm Sun 12/06/2026 (Central)
- Meal registration will close at 11:59 pm Sun 12/06/2026 (Central)
- Late fee will be applied at 12:00 am Mon 12/07/2026 (Central)
- Tournament Status will update to Closed at 11:59 pm Fri 12/11/2026 (Central)
- Script submission will close at 11:59 pm Mon 12/14/2026 (Central)
What the statuses mean
- Setup
- The tournament is still being set up.
- Open
- Registration is open — families can register for the tournament.
- Drops Only
- No new entries are allowed, but families can drop existing ones.
- Closed
- Registration is closed — no adds or drops. Contact the tournament director with questions.
- Completed
- The tournament is finished.
